Stakeholder and Core Team Members must submit this form before formal agreements can be made.
Each member has their own negotiated terms, and you are not prohibited from sharing, but your details will be treated confidentially unless written permission is requested to share contract details with any other person on or off the team.
To provide some transparency, the project is generally divided per department:
While I do not expect team members to match my efforts, the ideal behind this development approach is to encourage a collective goal and inspire the creators to take ownership of the outcome of this project. As our individual successes rely on the success of the team, I hope this will foster an environment of mutual benefit and respect, particularly when challenges and overwhelm threaten our motivation, and tensions may rise.
I just want to cultivate a culture of camaraderie. I want team members to be comfortable sharing their true thoughts, but I expect that members will practice tact and avoid insensitivity in the name of “honesty”. Please balance both the goals of the group and the needs of the individuals.
Every reasonable effort will be made to include team members in decision-making processes, and input will be sought using prompts and note pages. Team votes will be used as the deciding factor as appropriate.

Team Objectives Deliberation: This document and the discussions that are planned to follow will prompt team members to contribute their ideas and requests to be incorporated into the Team Objectives Agreement (TOA) that will serve as the contract that all team members will agree to abide by. As a team, key decisions will be voted on by the Stakeholder and Core Team Members with input from Tentative Team Members.
